I started spotting yesterday and had zero cramping. It started to get heavier so we went ahead and went to the ER. I should have been 7-9 weeks as we chatted OPKs and I got a positive test March 14th. But they said I was measuring smaller like 5 weeks and no embryo was found.

Today I woke up to my pad being soaked through, and when I went to use the bathroom, a large golf ball size clot came out. I had an appointment with my doctor, and she went over the hospital ultrasounds. She said the gestational sac looked fine yesterday, and there was no signs of SCH or bleeding in my uterus. I’m very confused. She said my cervix was short though. She said I measured 5 weeks. No baby could be seen in the gestational sac. I got a positive test March 14th. This baby should be seen and have a heart beat by now. My HCG was 4000. She said it could be too early, that the SCH I had a week ago could have been expelled and that could be where the bleeding is from. But now I’m having cramping, feels like in my cervix and it feels similar to beginnings of mild labor (I have two boys- I was hoping this would be our third boy or our first girl)

I just don’t understand. And I don’t understand my emotions. I’m so frustrated and mad and upset and I want to scream because I just don’t understand why this is happening.
