I thought I was going to make it

I seriously was so happy not to have hemmroids I thought I'm in the home stretch and so far no signs then today 30 weeks 4 days with twins and boom they hit like my body isn't going through enough I can't hardly breath I'm on bed rest gained 60 lbs have had steroid injections low hemoglobin I miss work and doing things so now my hemmroids and I are couch bound and everything I read says oh they will go away after delivery well great that's 4 to 5 weeks away and exactly what I want added to my birth experience. ..it kills me doctors can't do anything . I don't want to sit in a bath 15 times a day ordeal with witch hazel and those over the counter treatments I'm sure my over bearing ob will tell me not to use...ugh end rant ready to cry...
