Is it possible to have an incomplete miscarriage for 8 weeks and more with absolutely no symptoms? Pregnant after miscarriage and worried it’s an incomplete. CBC showed small infection but I have 2 autoimmune diseases so they stay a little elevated. Any ideas? I don’t wanna be too excited about this if it’s something like that. Last hcg level was 23,200 on 4/5. No bleeding cramping spotting etc. praying hard this is the real deal 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽
