Does Hatch really work for adults?
My husband is a tech guy and also a video gamer, he sometimes has many changes in sleep times and also moods. I am wondering if a Hatch could help him to improve at least a little bit of his habits and sleeping time.
Is Hatch more about creating a cozy sleep and wake up vibe than personalized science stuff? I mean really don't get what is the magic on it?
