Has anyone had a blighted ovum with a yolk sac present?

I found out at 8 weeks (my dates weren’t off) that I just had a gestational sac with yolk sac, but no baby. Is this considered a blighted ovum?

You should give it another 2 weeks for another ultrasound, that also happen to me the sac was empty no baby inside they tell me I may going to miscarriage and stuff, 2 weeks later my baby show up on the screen, she is 3 years old now

I think it would be a missed miscarriage. 
My understanding is that a blighted ovum pregnancy never even produces a yolk sac or embryo.
I’ve had two blighted ovums and they were completely empty sacs.
