Help strange period this month

Hi so this months cycle has been a little off. For starters i was almost a week late. When im always early. Then when i started it was very light. Where when i wiped there would be blood and not much in my pad for like two days? My cycle is usually 5 days and if i count from when i started seeing blood til now im on day 7. So im a little worried. I have been super stressed out and sick. but ive never had a cycle like this.Anyone have something similar? How long is too long to be bleeding?
