Car accident

I posted about this before but the adjuster finally made it out to see my car. They did an estimate of 12,500 but the dealership said that the damage was actually 18,900 because the car needed a whole new panel and also had some damage underneath as well. My daughter was also in the car with me as well. We do have back and neck pain. We do have a lawyer. I went through the other parties insurance. I just wanted to know will they total out my car, it only has about 10,000 miles it and it’s 6 months old. I brought the car last year. If they do total it will they give me a new car? It was a 2024 Camry SE I was sitting at a red light and a car rear ended me. My lawyer said she only deals with the injury aspect not the property damage.
