Can’t understand placenta pathology from twins?

Mia • Mommy to Leylani, CJ, Capri, Dakota and Ezekiel. Married. Christ is King 👑

I had twins in January and just figured out the app to my delivering hospital to read over the birth notes etc. my placenta was sent to pathology which I’m assuming is standard in multiples cases. I never got a call or anything from my OB reviewing it and honestly probably would’ve never seen it if I didn’t log in to the hospital app. I’m having a hard time understanding it. It says mural thrombus but later says no infarcts or thrombis. It also defines 'Fetal thrombotic vasculopathy’ but I feel like if that was the case it would’ve been told to me, as that sounds like it can cause issues for babies. Also not sure why it says placenta A and B, I had only 1 placenta (Monodi) lol

I don’t believe I can call my OB now because I’m several months PP and he was my MFM by referral.

If anyone could help me understand it.”
