Can constipation be the reason why my period is late?
My abdomen goes in and out of feeling slight pain and discomfort. It’s day 2 of my period being late, did a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative. Not sure why Miss Red had not come to visit but I’ve been getting signs she’s on her way with tolerable cramps and acne flares. One more thing to add on is that I’ve been constipated for a week or so, could that be a reason why she’s not showing up yet? 😩
Anyone else experiencing the same thing?🤔
