Non stop pain

This is so embarrassing and every time I go to the doctor my concerns are not taken seriously.

My butthole has been in constant pain for a few days now and it has come on before and will go away every once in awhile but now it feels constant.

I have been using preparation h and medicated wipes but they are giving little relief.

Do you think this is a bigger problem that doctors should be looking into further?

My eating isn’t terrible, I stay active.

I do not have a specialist, just primary family doctor.
