Anyone else having these issues?

Hello my beauty's! I just wanted to reach out to everyone and see if its just me or if someone who's going through what im experiencing... since December my periods have been late 3 to 4 days every month. Its not like my body to do that and im freaking out. I was told back in January that I have a cyst but I never got much details after that. I switched doctors she is having to get all details from the hospital which I don't think she will get. Am I going into early menopause or am I freaking out? Just FYI I was pre-diabetic last month at my visit weighing 170 since then I have changed my lifestyle and started working out and eating healthy. Im down to 163 as of today.
