Lost my baby

I went to my second ultrasound today and found out that I lost my baby. I am 7 weeks 6 days and that's the size of baby but no heartbeat. At 6 weeks 4 days the heartbeat was 141. I've had spotting for several days but baby seemed to be hanging in there but late last night I started cramping and bleeding heavy and today baby was still there but not alive. The ultrasound tech was so nice and offered me a picture anyway so I could have one picture of my angel baby to remember what baby looked like. Maybe that seems weird but it meant so much to me.

I loved every moment of this pregnancy I'm really going to miss this baby ❤️😭
