Conflicted and needing opinions

Has anyone had the Novasure procedure done? MyDr told me today to decide whether I'm done trying to have a baby or if my fiancé and I still want to try. He gave me a brochure about Mirena and one about Novasure. I'm currently taking Norethindrone due to uncontrollable nonstop bleeding and fibroids and possibility of endometriosis but it's not working to the full extent it's supposed to. Idk what to do. I'm 41 and raising his two kids 17 & 11. I've had 4 miscarriages in the past with my ex-husband. I'd pretty much given up on having a child of my own. I've got 2 weeks to make a decision and Idk what to do
