Pill Switch!!!

Hello everyone, I have a question and wild be happy if anyone could answer me till I go to my gynecologist 🙂

I am on a combined 21 pill for a year now, I am going to switch back to the 28 pill next month, right after I finish this current pill pack.

Now the question is, I will have to take two months break in between these pills, so I wonder if I have sex in the end of this pill pack and then do not continue with the new pack after 7 days, will I get pregnant? Or not? Cause when u finish with the 21 pack, u take a 7 day break and I know u are safe during this break.

Will it work the same way, if I do not start a new pack at all?
