Am I screwed out of the martial home??

Long story short…. 2008 my husbands step dad bought us this house a year after my husband and I got married. Thing is my husbands name wasn’t on the deed. Fast forward my husbands step dad passed February 2024. My husband became administrative of the estate since there was NO will. His sister signed a renunciation.

TODAY he signed the deed to the house and so did his sister.

Since both their names are on the deed i think im SOL if I ask for divorce

I was gonna ask my husband who is a lying, cheating, manipulative, narcissistic, abusive, and gaslights for a divorce in therapy on Tuesday.

Now I feel I probably shouldn’t…. I don’t have the funds to just leave nor have anywhere to go.

I have 3 kids!!!! I refuse to leave them behind!

Also if it’s sold….i get nothing from the sale I am assuming Him and his sister will🤔

Idk why couldn’t get on the deed I presume it’s different once someone has passed

But even I stayed his sister can boot me out I’m guessing
