Swapping BC and unprotected sex

My doctor changed my birth control from microgynon to Rigevidon. I had my 7 days break which finished on 19th. I started my new pill on 19th however I have had unprotected sex during my first week of using the new pill.

My doctor never informed me I had to use protection because it’s ‘the same brand just a generic version’.

What are the chances of getting pregnant? I am also taking doxycycline for my acne which I also started on 19th.
