Yellow discharge at 30 weeks pregnant

I have been having yellow discharge like this for a couple of weeks! This was just freshly changed so it’s not as much as normal! I’ve been having to wear a pad 24-7! I’ve been to the doctor and took a round of antibiotics for BV but I’m still having the same amount and the same yellow color.

The doctor told me to call back if it doesn’t get better but what do y’all think? Could this be amniotic fluid?

Do I need to go to labor and delivery and get checked out!
