Anyone’s baby have jaundice?

Im not sure if everywhere measures bilirubin levels the same but for my son his levels was 299 after birth. Then 335 the following day. 377 the next then 450 4 hours after the 377 result.

He is now getting the full treatment & the doctor is confused on how it can go from 377 to 450 in 4 hours. My heart hurts bcuz I can’t breastfeed him as he is too overwhelmed to latch. He is getting an IV for fluids but is currently on an NG tube. Worse case is he will need all his blood taken out for new blood. Has anyone been through this? 💔 I wanna take all this away from my 5 day old baby boy 🤧 if he has to go the worse case scenario route we have to go to a sick kids hospital in another city ☹️
