Cyst?

I think I have a cyst on my labia majora, I don’t shave since I do laser hair removal and it’s been a while since my last appointment so I don’t think it is the cause. It started off small and it hurt a bit but then the next day I had intercourse so I think it caused it to irritate and swell more, which hurts more now to the point every time I walk, sit, twist I feel it. Is there any way to treat it without popping it? cause it really hurts if I only touch it. I’ve been trying to put antiseptic cream on but idk if there’s a difference. I would really appreciate your advice. (I’m trying to exhaust every option before I see an obgyn)
