Yes, that looks like fertile CM, but keep in mind that OPK’s detect LH and EWCM is triggered by a rise in Estrogen, which precedes a rise in LH, so EWCM can happen several days before your OPK turns positive. Not a sign of ovulation, or a guarantee that it will happen, but yes it could indicate your body is gearing up to ovulate.
