Miscarriage????

Hey, so I was due to get my period the Friday/ Saturday coming, but the Sunday before when I went to the toilet and peed and pooped a little, I Bled soooo much in that go, it was bright red and I was so confused, I thought

1. It was strange I got period sooner (because it’s always on time).

2. I didn’t bleed after that at all.

I really thought I got my period early, so I am so confused, I haven’t bled since and I’ve been wearing a pad just in case and even when I go to toilet it’s nothing, so now I’m even questioning if I was pregnant and if I had a miscarriage and if so… then what do I do now? Do I continue to live life or am I meant to go to doctors?
