Toddler fever

My 17 month old has had a fever anywhere from 100-103. Since Friday. 103 Friday. Than all day Saturday she was fine until later that night. Her fever was 101 than this morning it’s 100. So it’s going. Down but I worry it’s been a few days now still but she has no other sick symptoms. Her molars are coming. In. I give her Tylenol when she’s uncomfortable . Any advice? Should I take her back to the doctor?
