Should I be worried??? Help??

(25) So in the past I’ve never had any problems with my periods. No pain barely any cramping but heavy flow and blood clots the size of nickels.

The last couple periods I’ve had, I’ve had painful, cramping, nausea. The whole nine yards it’s been awful. THIS TIME I’ve had horrible pain. The first day, I couldn’t even get off my couch. Fetal position and all 🤦🏻‍♀️ well today I passed a blood clot and it was freaking huge. But the weird thing (other than it being HUGE) was that as soon as I passed it, the pain went WAYYYY down.

Should I be worried?

(By the way I do have a bicornate uterus not sure if that has anything to do with anything?)
