Polycystic ovarian syndrome

I’m 34,
I’ve just found out I’m pregnant. I have PCOS my son (11) and two other pregnancies (ended in miscarriage) conceived through clomid.
But this one was conceived naturally.. I’m in shock I didn’t think it was possible for me! I’m testing every week as scared miscarriage will happen again 🙈
