Child with some petechiae -m

She’s had a sore throat and cough for a few days now. Cough is a lot better but sore throat. Headache off and on and a rash on her body. However this one on her arm Petechiae has me concerned. Of course dr google-the doctor said it’s prob bcuz of the virus but it has been scared. She won’t do blood work she refuses. Trying not to panick
