Bbt help please
Hey ladies need some help. I take my temps everymorning at 4am but if you woke up hot and take bbt do you add that temp in? If so is that one correct? I took 4 temps this morning first one 98.33 second one 98.31 third 98.28 and forth 98.18 was when i cooled off. Not sure if i should take first one or last one?
