((reposted from another forum)) 3rd time mom with questions
Disclaimer: Before I go into any details, I will point out that I am a 3rd time mom and have experienced this before, but later on
So for the last few weeks I have been working my butt off with things like outside work, cleaning the house, helping others with outside work, etc.
I am 30+3 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby and have had Braxton Hicks off and on since the middle of the 2nd trimester, but nothing really concerning.
Any time I would start doing yard work and refuse to take a break (because my anxiety makes me restless) my Braxton Hicks would start kicking in until I had to slow down and take a break.
Today, I was inside cleaning my house and moving stuff around (because I'm a stubborn wife/mom and I try to stay busy) and I noticed I had a few Braxton Hicks start but not fully complete if that makes sense. I could feel my stomach tighten but I didn't get the usually out of breath feeling I get with them normally and they didn't hurt. After I was done, my hips were hurting and I had pelvic pressure (which I've also had since late 2nd trimester with no issues) and I went to pee, and when I wiped I noticed a small piece of my mucus plug. (And yes I know that's what it was because as I've stayed above, it's my 3rd baby and it's looked the same each time). With my first 2 babies I didn't lose anything until middle-late third trimester so it kind of surprised me that I lost some of it this early.
I know it means nothing in terms of labor, but I wonder if it's my bodies way of telling me to slow down? I haven't gone into labor myself before and both were c-sections (emergency and planned) but I was wondering if that's my bodies way of telling me to chill and relax?
*I will add also my hips at my lower back keep aching off and on which I know is also normal but still
