Can Someone Answer This Question

Lately starting in March I've been having alot of white discharge and it turn out to be a yeast infection. I treated it and thought it had clear up. April comes around and I've noticed white discharge again before my period came. This yeast came with my cycle. I noticed irritation around my vagina while bleeding so I treated it again. Now here it is May and this time I'm noticing no white discharge but burning sensation around the opening of the vagina where the skin is at. I don't know all the symptoms of a yeast infection. My question is. Do burning sensation on the skin come with having a yeast? How long does it take to clear up?
