If u didn’t get a positive test then it’s not a miscarriage. Stop using “miscarriage” in replacement of heavy clots during periods.

What prompted you to think miscarriage? Did you have a positive pregnancy test? If not i wouldn’t call it a miscarriage. For us who have PCOS when you don’t get a cycle for a long time you tend to bleed and clot more heavier which isn’t abnormal.
