How many times was your baby sick in their first year?

My oldest never got sick until she was 15 months old. My 2nd got sick for the 1st time around the 15 month mark. My newborn hasn't been sick yet. My kids were exposed to colds, the flu, RSV, Covid, ect. They never got sick. Then one day it was like a switch flipped and the change in weather gave them a cold around the same age.

I breastfed for 2 years and my son was never sick. I stopped breastfeeding and since then he's gotten sick 7-9 times in 1 year and so far this year already 6 times back to back with multiple viruses. It's inevitable that they'll come in contact with viruses and all kinds of germs

All 3 kiddos in the first year, zero times. They were exposed to us with colds but they never caught anything. The older two were down with a nasty cold when our youngest was about 8 weeks old. Husband and I ended up getting it as well. I just breastfed like crazy. We had a point where we thought he might be getting it as well and took him in for a bunch of tests (COVID, flu A and B, RSV) negative for all and doc said he was perfectly fine and healthy. Not sick at all. Just keep washing hands and breastfeeding. I also stashed a tiny bit in the freezer for next time that comes around. He's 7 months old now and still hasn't been sick. Our 2 1/2 yr old has only been sick once, that would be the cold when our youngest was 8 weeks old. Our 6 year old has only had a cold 2-3 times in her life. Usually pretty mild. Runny sniffly nose for the most part, maybe a slightly sore throat. They don't get sick very often. We're always out and about and the oldest is in ballet. We do homeschool and zero daycare though.
