Hcg levels are only 5

My last period was April 8th, as of yesterday my period was late. I took a urine test and got a faint line so, I had blood work done the same day. It came back that my hcg levels were at 5.. today I am having some spotting.. has anyone ever had this happen and had a healthy pregnancy?
