My mans sperm causes me to have an odor

Me and my boyfriend are trying to conceive so every time we have sex he just finished inside me but i have noticed every time after he does it my vagina gives off a fishy or acidic odor even after showering and it last for a while until i use a boric acid suppository. is there anything that can help with this?
