Placental Abruption

Can straining during a bowel movement due to constipation cause placental abruption? I've been really constipated lately (sorry, tmi) and after straining I had this severe abdominal pain that felt like a tight band wrapped around my lower abdomen. It went away after a bit. No bleeding. Please help! I'm scared.
