Cerclage surgery tomorrow..

This is my second one and the last one hurt so incredibly bad. The epidural failed and I felt the whole thing. This time around the surgeon doing it is the boss of the last surgeon. She is also not giving me an epidural, she is choosing to do a spinal block. Any mamas have this and then were ok?

I’m a stay at home mom to a toddler and my 9 year old. Last time I only had my son and he was independent with using the bathroom and he was very helpful for when I wasn’t able to do it all.

I know this surgery isn’t common, at least from anyone I’ve known or reached out to.
