pls help - if it’s not yeast infection what is it!?

i’ve been experiencing itchiness and redness in my vagina area along with excess vaginal discharge. i took flucanozole (yeast infection pill) and it didn’t do anything so ik it’s not that because it always helps. also i’ve been seeing a guy and before we had sex a few weeks ago he was tested for every std and was negative (i saw the results). what could this beeeee ugh i’m so uncomfy pls help
