Shared parental leave advice (UK)
Hi all. My maternity package is fairly basic. 90% 6 weeks then 50% + SMP til week 18. Me and my other half are looking at shared parental leave. Will he only receieve statutory for his portion, or does his leave follow a SMP package for example if his mat policy is full pay 9 months, would he get full pay or just SMP on its own regardless? Im so confused. Thanks for your help!
