Also, consider Miralax and plenty of water. Are you on iron? It’s always a good idea to take orange juice with iron pills to help it break down or take an extended release iron pill. Walgreens sells one. And yes, call your doctor. ❤️

If you haven’t legitimately farted or had a bowel movement in 3 days you need to see your doctor. Could just be constipation or could be a fecal impaction if no air can move out at all.
