How do I tell a guy I’d prefer a more intimate setting kind of date?

So I’ve been dating this guy for a few weeks we had our first date two days ago it was fine but he chose a bar/restaurant, I’m more on the introverted side, I’ve been told I’m soft spoken so with the music going on at the bar I found myself shouting to try and get him to hear me which made me feel awkward, I just felt like I couldn’t really talk to him because it was so busy from people shouting while watching the game on the big screen, people walking by bumping us etc I’m used to more private intimate dates and the next date he chose is like a rooftop sorta thing it just reminds me of my college days going to day parties with my friends it’s just not my vibe I feel like one of his bros rather than someone he’s dating how can I suggest something else without coming off like a picky b**ch?
