Had an IUI with multiple follicles and just got my hCG at 617 at exactly 4 weeks. Seems high? What was yours if you had twins?

Don’t remember but I only had one test with HCG numbers and it was normal within range. At the time I was only confirming pregnancy and thought it was only one. I only found out I had twins because of ultrasound around 9 or 12 weeks.
