Can anyone give me some hope as I'm loosing it , I'm 10dpo, negative (or vvvfl faint lines only I can see - probably seeing what i want to see!)

Has anyone gone on to get BFP after negatives at 10dpo? Also what symptoms around this time for those who did get BFP? My nipples went really really tender / sore about 7dpo for a day or two and now they're not as noticeable anymore.
