Ladies please help!

Hi everyone! I’ve been so nervous the past couple days. LMP is 3/30 so that puts me right at 6 weeks today. Went in at 5w5d, had a transvag ultrasound and they saw absolutely nothing in my uterus. Doctor wasn’t concerned says it’s possible it’s too early. HCG was 220, after 48 hours, it’s 415. Not quite doubled. No bleeding and no cramping. I also found out I was pregnant while I was taking the mini pill and am so scared of another ectopic. I’m hoping maybe I ovulated late and I’m actually not as far along as LMP. Otherwise I just don’t have a good feeling about this. Anyone’s advice or insight would be truly appreciated. Thanks ladies!
