Does anyone know what the first ultrasound is like here? I’ve never made it far enough to go to my first ultrasound appointment. So I don’t know if something is wrong or it’s ectopic or no heartbeat, would the tech tell you or show you your baby if something is wrong?

If everything is fine and looking as it should, I assume they show you the screen?

Any insight would be helpful. I’m so nervous. Never ever made it this far!
