Preventive cerclage

I had a cerclage put in at 11 weeks because my son was born at 9 weeks early and my daughter at 5 and they believe my cervix is incompetent.. I had a follow up a weeks after and the dr checked said my cervix was looking amazing and that he couldn’t even see the stitch.. said I didn’t need to restrain from activities and took me off the restrictions including sex.. I am scared because everywhere I read they say that their dr said no sex.. anyone had a cerclage and had a thick cervix and were told yes to sex and had a safe delivery…
