How many DPO is the best time to test?

How many days after conception did you test? What early symptoms did you notice?

I wouldnt test before 10dpo. It does depend on when implantation happens. Implantation happens between 6dpo and 12dpo and then you can have a positive pregnancy test between 8dpo and 15dpo.

1st pregnancy I tested at 10dpo and 14dpo and both were negative. I didn’t retest again until 17dpo and got a positive right away. At that point I was super emotional, nauseated and fatigued. My boobs were killing me, I had food cravings etc. 
2nd pregnancy I had IB around 6dpo and got a positive at 8dpo. Only symptom I really had were breast changes. That pregnancy ended in a loss around 5-6 weeks. 
3rd: tested negative at 8dpo and 10dpo. Had 0 symptoms and tested again at 11dpo only because my dog got into my box of pregnancy tests and I figured they were trash so I used one just to “get my money worth.” And surprisingly it was positive. I didn’t get any pregnancy symptoms until about 6 weeks.

I tested at 9 DPO and got a VERY faint positive. So faint, I wasn’t sure if it was real. The first symptom that tipped me off was the amount of discharge I had. It felt like I was bleeding, like on my period, but it was just discharge.

This is my current cycle, we had two sessions on the 7th and one on the 11th. Is DPO from the first day of fertile week or the day of ovulation?
