IUI scheduled for tomorrow. OPK question.

I am scheduled tomorrow at 11:30 for an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>. I received this peak around noon today. I did reach out to the RE, but I am curious if others think tomorrow will be too late for the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>.
