Is this suspicious (Numbing cream) for premature ejaculation

My husband and have been together 17 years and our sex life has been about the same..no complaints... 4 weeks ago I found a suspicious tube with the label off in our restroom..didnt think much of it. Fast forward ...2 weeks later and I am looking at pictures in his phone and theres a picture of this label taken back in November that was the intructions to how to apply penis numbing cream . I took a picture of this label from my phone because I planned to ask him about it later. Later comes and I ask him what was in the unlabeled bottle in the restroom. He tells me its beard oil. I open the bottle and say that this doesnt look like beard oil. He proceeds to yell at me and then grabs the bottle and yells" how the fuck does this not look like beard oil to you" he starts throwing stuff and says he is going down stairs to sleep. Me being me .. follows him downstairs... mind you ive been calm the entire time. I show him the the picture that I took and ask him why does he have this and why did he look me in the eyes and lie. His eyes start shifting left and right and then he throws the tv remote into the wall and runs back upstairs ..no response... later he says he didn't want to talk about it and thats why he lied. I didnt care about him having the cream but it was suspicious that he never told me about it and when i discovered he had it he lied and had an explosive response. Sex life these days are mainly quickies because we dont have as much time with having a 5yr old at home. This led me to feel like he may have got this to use with someone else because there have been no issues to me in the bedroom. How would you feel about this ? Feel free to comment.
