Implantation bleeding?

I’m 4 days late on my period took a test and came back positive, I’m not sure if I have implantation bleeding I’ve seen it usually occurs before your missed period? can anyone tell me if this is true or not 🥲 blood only shows up when I wipe with mild cramping

If you’re bleeding and are pregnant, it needs to be reported to your Doctor. We can’t tell you what the cause is. There actually isn’t a lot of concrete evidence that shows implantation can cause vaginal bleeding, which doesn’t line up with all the information spewed around online about it. There are many other causes, some less or more serious than others. Prayers your way.

Not to scare you, but when I had my miscarriage it started with what I thought was implantation bleeding. I lost the baby the following day. Please consult your doctor. Wishing you lots of luck.
