Am I crazy? Or do you see a second line?

So last night I woke up thinking I was going to vomit. Then this morning I took a test thinking it was going to be negative anyways since I would be so early. My period is supposed to come next week. And I have taken so many tests and have never seen a second line (so faintly) right after taking a test. I don’t want to get my hopes up, and will continue to test as the days go on to see if a stronger line comes up. But is this even a possibility?! My husband and I have been trying on and off for 6 years, and have never experienced any sort of second line. I also have Crohn’s so that’s a whole other ball game too.
