I had my mirena iud removed on 5/6/24 at 4:00pm after 9 months because I just felt SO off and knew it was moving some because I could feel it and the strings were no longer able to be felt. 😬

At 12:00pm on 5/9/24 O started bleeding excessively, like sat down on the toilet and blood just flowed kind of excessively; about 4 hours of that and it backed off to a normal period flow…a couple days later it all but stopped and then picked back up again to a heavy flow with the clots like pictured EVERY time I pee and I can feel them gush out in a pad. On 5/16/24 it started getting worse…massive flow, like leaking maxi pads within an hour or so bleeding and so so many clots. Anybody else had this happen?!

After a week of trying I was finally was able to get an OB appointment scheduled for 5/20/24 to ultrasound and check for fibrosis and any cysts that may have ruptured, since they were never checked after I had my son in June 2023.
