Definitely positive..BUT

I had to go to the ER today. I was only spotting for a day, but then it got darker and heavier with some clots. HCG test was positive. They couldn’t tell me anything really. Said I could be miscarrying or not. I have to go get bloodwork Sunday to confirm. If levels have risen then I’m okay, if they have stayed the same Or lowered I lost the pregnancy. Didn’t see anything on ultrasound. But she said that is 100% normal with how early I am, I'm 4 weeks and 6 days. Any advice or similar stories with positive outcomes?
